We collect only the information needed to manage our wedding RSVP.
What we collect
This may include your name, email address, attendance, an additional adult’s name, children’s names and ages, dietary requirements or allergies if supplied, shuttle needs, a song suggestion, and RSVP timing or technical submission details needed to operate the form.
How we use it
Nina & Daniel use this information for wedding planning, including attendance, meals, transport, and wedding-related communication where necessary.
Limited sharing
Relevant information may be shared only when needed with a wedding supplier — for example dietary or allergy information with the caterer, or shuttle numbers with the transport provider.
No marketing
RSVP information is not collected for advertising or marketing and will not be sold.
Retention
We plan to keep RSVP information only for wedding planning and related follow-up, then delete it after 30 June 2027. This is not an automatic deletion process.
